Transport and delivery


a) in Italy
The Products purchased on www.selevhelmets.com will be delivered to the address specified by the customer. At the time of delivery will be required the signature of an adult over the age of 18. Deliveries can not be made to PO boxes.
Delivery costs are payable by the Customer and are clearly indicated on the web-site and in the order form. Their value depends of total amount of single order.
All orders will be delivered by TNT Global Express SpA, Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays and festivities. S.EL.EV. SRL is not responsible for unpredictable delays. Deliveries are made within 4 working days.
When goods are shipped, customer will receive an e-mail where he will be informed of the tracking number through which he can monitor the transit of goods.
For delivery of goods requires the presence of the customer or his representative at the address indicated in the order. At the time of the delivery by the Courier, the Customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document and the package is intact. Damage to pack and / or to the Products or, mismatching in the number of packages must be immediately notified in writing by reserves on the delivery document of the courier. Once signed the Courier's transportation document, the Customer may not oppose objection on the external characteristic of the delivered package.

The shipping costs amount to:


- Orders up to € 94.00: Euro 8,70
- Over € 94.00: FREE


CASES OF NOT PRESENCE


If for reasons not dependent on our willingness customer is not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions for its return.
STORAGE OF PACK
S.EL.EV. SRL is not financially responsible for packages left in stock at TNT Global Express SpA. Client who has not been able to agree with the courier the second delivery or picking-up at the courier headquarters of the goods, will take care the to agree with courier the delivery of the ordered goods shouldering the costs of storage.
RETURN TO SENDER FOR FAILURE TO WITHDRAW
If the courier should return the package to S.el.ev. Srl for non-collection by the customer, S.EL.EV. SRL will contact the customer for a possible return, asking for reimbursement of any costs of storage and the cost of additional shipping. If the customer does not wish to fulfill the payment of expenses or should not contact the courier to arrange the second delivery, the goods remain at S.EL.EV. SRL and the contract will be terminated for fault by the customer. The customer will be refunded the amount paid less of all expenses incurred due to failure in collecting goods.
 
b) in Europe, activated nations: Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, the United Kingdom, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Czech Republic, Spain, Sweden, Hungary, Slovenia, France (EXCEPTCorsica and Overseas).

-       Order up to Kg. 2,00 Euro 15,80 (Denmark, UK, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Spain, Sweden, Hungary, Slovenia)

-       Order from Kg. 2,00 to Kg. 10,00 Euro 21,80 (Denmark, UK, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Spain, Sweden, Hungary, Slovenia)

France EXCEPT Corsica and Overseas (ROM):
